摘要:
目的探讨正常控尿的青年男性MRI尿道括约肌复合体与前列腺外科包膜的正常解剖关系。方法在仰卧位静息态,获取186例正常控尿的青年男性盆腔矢状面、冠状面和横截面的T2加权快速自旋回波图像。结果186例均获得诊断质量的T2加权图像。尿道周围腺体增生压迫前列腺前括约肌使括约肌形成外科包膜;移行带增生压迫尿道横纹括约肌及前列腺前括约肌使括约肌形成外科包膜。移行带及尿道周围腺体增生向外挤压尿道括约肌复合体,致使尿道括约肌复合体形成了外科包膜。结论MRI能够清晰观察男性尿道括约肌复合体与前列腺外科包膜的解剖关系。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the normal anatomic relationship between urethral sphincter complex and surgical capsule of prostrate in young Chinese males.MethodsUnder supine position and resting state, the sagittal, coronal, and axial T2-weighted non-fat suppressed fast spin-echo images of pelvic cavities of 186 young males were studied.ResultsT2-weighted diagnostic images were obtained in all the 186 cases. The periurethral glands expanded to compress preprostatic sphincter into a surgical capsule. The transition zone expanded to compress urethral striated sphincter and preprostatic sphincter into a surgical capsule. The transition zone and periurethral glands outwards compressed the urethral sphincter complex into a surgical capsule.ConclusionThe MRI can clearly indicate the normal anatomic relationship between urethral sphincter complex and surgical capsule of prostrate.
