目的探讨我院自行试制的膝关节镜专用滑臂式导向器用于前交叉韧带(ACL)和后交叉韧带(PCL)重建的临床效果. 方法回顾分析1996年7月～2000年2月应用滑臂式导向器定位,在关节镜下行ACL、PCL重建,随访超过18月患者52例,其中ACL重建组33例, PCL重建组19例,重建材料均用深低温冷冻异体跟腱移植,术前及术后18月用 Lysholm-II评分评定膝关节功能及患者运动水平. 结果根据膝关节功能评分(Lysholm-Ⅱ评分)ACL重建组:术前平均48分(36～62分),术后18月平均86分(58
Abstract:
Objective　To assess the clinical effects of a slide-arm guide self-made and trial-manufactured for positioning in re- construction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL).　Methods　We reviewed 52 patientswho underwent arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL (Group ACL, n=33) or PCL (Group PCL, n=19) in which the slide-arm guide was used for position- ing, from July 1996 toFebruary 2000. The deep-frozenAchilles’tendon allograftwas applied in the operations. Knee functions and patients’ motor ability were evaluated according to the Lysholm-II scores preoperatively and 18 months postoperatively.　Results　In Group ACL, the mean Lysholm-II scorewas 48 points (36~62 points) before the operations, and 86 points (58~98 points) atthe 18th postoperative month, with excellent or good results obtained in 90·9% (30/33) of patients. In Group PCL, the mean Lysholm-II score was 56 points (42~64 points) before the operations, and 84 points (56~94 points) at the 18th postoperative month, with excellent or good results obtained in 89·5% (17/19) of patients.　Conclusions　Characterized by accurate location, the slide-arm guide is easy to use, and may achieve favor- able results in arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL or PCL.
