摘要:
目的探讨改良腹腔镜全子宫切除术的效果。方法2018年1月~2019年6月行改良腹腔镜全子宫切除术100例，腹腔镜下采用单、双极电凝行新四步法子宫切除术。结果100例均顺利完成。手术时间34~56（45.2±11.7）min，术中出血<100 ml，肛门排气时间7~11 h，术后下床活动时间11~15 h，术后住院时间3~4 d。结论改良腹腔镜全子宫切除术安全、有效、简便、易行，适合有条件的各级医院推广应用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of improved procedure of total laparoscopic hysterectomy.MethodsFrom January 2018 and June 2019, a total of 100 patients receiving improved total laparoscopic hysterectomies (laparoscopic hysterectomy with unipolar and bipolar electrocoagulation by new four-step method) were included.ResultsThe improved total laparoscopic hysterectomy of 100 cases were successfully completed. The operation time was 34-56 (45.2±11.7) min. The intraoperative blood loss was less than 100 ml. The anal exhaust time was 7-11 h. The off-bed activity time after operation was 11-15 h. The hospitalization time after operation was 3-4 d.ConclusionsThe improved total laparoscopic hysterectomy is safe, effective, convenient and easy to perform. It is worthy of promotion and application in eligible hospitals at all levels.
