摘要:
目的探讨骨科机器人辅助经皮撬拨复位螺钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法选取2019年5月~2021年5月32例(35足)跟骨关节内骨折,Sanders Ⅱ型22足,Ⅲ型13足。骨科机器人辅助设计规划螺钉方向和进针点,经皮撬拨复位后行螺钉内固定。结果随访13~25(18.4±2.9)月。均达到骨性愈合,美国足踝矫形外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分优良率94.3%(33/35)。无切口感染、皮肤坏死、皮下积液、深静脉血栓等并发症。结论骨科机器人辅助行经皮撬拨复位螺钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折,精准,安全,高效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous joystick reduction screw fixation assisted by an orthopedic robot in the treatment of calcaneal fracture. MethodsA total of 32 patients (35 feet) with intraarticular calcaneal fractures (Sanders type Ⅱ for 22 feet and Ⅲ for 13 feet) from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected. The screw direction and needle insertion point were planned by orthopedic robot assisted design, and screw internal fixation was performed after percutaneous joystick reduction.ResultsThe followup period lasted for 13-25 months (mean, 18.4±2.9 months). All the patients achieved bony healing, and the excellent and good rate of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) anklehindfoot score reached 94.3% (33/35). There were no complications such as incision infection, skin necrosis, subcutaneous effusion or deep venous thrombosis.ConclusionApplication of percutaneous joystick reduction screw fixation assisted by an orthopedic robot in the treatment of calcaneal fracture is accurate, safe and efficient.
