摘要:
目的探讨经腹膜后入路腹腔镜下腔静脉滤器取出的适应证及效果。方法回顾性分析2017年12月~2020年7月7例经腹膜后入路腹腔镜取出下腔静脉滤器的临床资料。结果7例下腔静脉滤器均腹腔镜下成功取出,下腔静脉未阻断。手术时间70~200 min,(133.1±45.9)min;术中出血量10~150 ml,中位数20 ml。住院时间6~14 d,中位数12 d。结论对腔内取滤器失败者,如滤器头位于下腔静脉后外侧壁,经腹膜后入路腹腔镜滤器取出术安全、便捷、有效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the indication and effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic retrieval of inferior vena cava filters.MethodsClinical data of 7 cases treated during December 2017 and July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Laparoscopic retrieval of inferior vena cava filters was conducted in all the 7 cases, all of which were through retroperitoneal approach.ResultsThe inferior vena cava filters were successfully removed under laparoscope in all the 7 cases. The operative time was 70-200 min (mean, 133.1±45.9 min). The intraoperative blood loss was 10-150 ml (median, 20 ml). The hospital stay ranged from 6 to 14 d (median, 12 d).ConclusionFor inferior vena cava filters located at posterior lateral wall of inferior vena cava, retroperitoneal laparoscopic technique is approved to be a safe and effective method after failed endovascular removal attempts.
