摘要:
目的探讨降落伞法胰肠吻合技术的临床应用效果。方法2015年7月~2018年7月，在14例全腔镜胰头十二指肠切除术（total laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy，TLPD）中，采用30普理灵缝线行降落伞式胰肠吻合。结果手术均顺利完成，平均手术时间345 min(270~560 min)，降落伞法胰肠吻合平均时间25 min(18~38 min)。1例生化漏，无出血，无手术死亡。结论降落伞式胰肠吻合术是一种安全、简便的胰肠吻合方法。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore clinical effects of pancreasintestine parachutelike anastomosis.MethodsFrom July 2015 to July 2018, 14 cases of total laparoscopic pancreaticojejunostomy were performed by using parachutelike anastomosis with 30 Prolene continue suture.ResultsAll the operations were completed successfully. The average operation time was 345 min (range, 270-560 min). The average time of total laparoscopic pancreasintestine parachutelike anastomosis was 25 min (range, 18-38 min). There was 1 case of biochemical leakage. No hemorrhage or death happened.ConclusionThe parachutelike anastomosis is a safe and convenient method for pancreaticojejunostomy.
