摘要:
目的观察氩氦刀冷冻治疗腹膜后转移瘤导致疼痛的临床效果。方法2008年9月～2012年6月，对21例腹膜后转移瘤导致疼痛患者在CT引导下行氩氦刀冷冻治疗。观察患者治疗后1、4周疼痛情况并进行评分。结果21例患者中，术后第1周3例疼痛完全缓解，14例疼痛明显减轻，总有效率81%（17/21）；第4周总有效率76%（16/21）。结论氩氦刀冷冻是腹膜后转移瘤引起癌痛的有效治疗方法。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of cryocare ablation on pain induced by retroperitoneal metastatic tumor.Methods21 cancer pain patients with retroperitoneal metastatic tumor were treated by percutaneous cryoablation guided by computer tomography. The pain score 1 week and 4 weeks after the cryoablation were collected.ResultsAmong 21 patients, pain in 3 of them was greatly alleviated, and pain was partially relieved in other 14 patients 1 week after the treatment. Total effective rate was 81% (17/21) and 76% (16/21) 1 week and 4 weeks after the treatment respectively.ConclusionCryoablation is an effective procedure for treating pain induced by retroperitoneal metastatic tumor.
