摘要:
目的探讨超声引导下麦默通系统在触诊阴性乳腺癌中的诊疗作用。方法2006年9月~2009年1月，对974例术前超声诊断为乳腺占位性病变者，用麦默通8G取样枪切除活检。术中冰冻切片发现恶性病变13例(1.3%)，均触诊阴性，其中2例为多发恶性占位病变。于麦默通术后当天或第2天行开放手术。术后给予综合治疗。结果术后病理提示，麦默通活检术后局部肿瘤残留7例，无残留6例。8例行保乳手术，5例行改良根治术。13例术后超声随访4~25个月，平均14.6月，未见局部复发。结论超声引导麦默通系统对于临床不可触及或多发，同时可疑恶性的病灶，通过活检功能可以准确定位，明确诊断，并及时给予合适的后续治疗，但单纯麦默通手术并不能彻底清除局部病变。
