摘要:
本文报道2例胃流出道梗阻，因病情原因无法单独实施超声内镜引导下胃空肠吻合术或传统胃空肠吻合术，故选择以腹腔镜辅助超声内镜下胃空肠吻合术重建流出道，手术顺利完成，无并发症，半流质饮食后无特殊不适，复查上消化道碘水造影显示胃空肠吻合口碘水通过通畅，随访6个月营养状况明显改善。
Abstract:
This article reported 2 cases of gastric outflow obstruction. Due to clinical contraindications, it was not possible to perform endoscopic ultrasoundguided gastrojejunostomy or conventional surgical gastrojejunostomy alone. Therefore, laparoscopicassisted endoscopic ultrasoundguided gastrojejunostomy was chosen to reconstruct the outflow tract. The surgery was successfully completed without complications, and there were no special discomforts after a semi liquid diet. Reexaminations of the upper gastrointestinal iodine water contrast imaging demonstrated patent passage through the gastrojejunal anastomosis. Followups for 6 months showed significant improvement in the patients’ nutritional status.
