摘要:
目的探讨止血粒子能否减少穿刺术后针道出血。方法2018年6月~2019年12月选择我科经皮穿刺活检120例,采用最小化随机分组方法分为2组,对照组60例采用传统药物止血,观察组60例植入止血粒子,比较2组累积穿刺针道出血率。结果观察组术前后血常规、血液生化、凝血功能差异无显著性(P>0.05)。对照组术后第1天穿刺针道出血3例(5%),术后1周共6例(10%),术后1个月共7例(12%);7例穿刺针道出血的穿刺部位分别为肝脏3例,肺部4例。观察组未发生穿刺针道相关出血。2组累积穿刺针道出血率差异有显著性(logrank χ2=7.376,P=0.007)。结论与传统药物止血相比,止血粒子可显著减少穿刺术后的针道出血。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe whether the application of hemostatic seeds can reduce the bleeding of percutaneous puncture tract.MethodsFrom June 2018 to December 2019, 120 patients with percutaneous biopsy in our department were divided into two groups by using the method of minimization for random allocation: 60 patients with traditional hemostasis (control group) and 60 patients with hemostasis seeds implanted in the puncture tract (experimental group). The cumulative bleeding rates in the two groups were compared.ResultsFor the experimental group, there was no significant difference in blood routine, blood biochemistry, and coagulation function before and after operation (P>0.05). In the control group, the accumulated number of puncture related bleeding were 3 cases (5%) in 1 day after operation, 6 cases (10%) in 1 week, and 7 cases (12%) in 1 month. The 7 cases of puncture related bleeding included 4 cases of liver puncture and 3 cases of lung puncture. There were no incidents of puncture related bleeding in the experimental group, and the difference between both groups was statistically significant (logrank χ2=7.376, P=0.007). ConclusionCompared with traditional hemostasis, the application of hemostatic seeds can significantly reduce the bleeding of puncture tract.
