摘要:
目的对腹腔镜手术中常用的无纺纱布含液量进行测试,评估患者术中失血量。方法使用生理盐水进行无纺纱布含液量实验,对 10 cm×10 cm 4层无纺纱布、7 cm×7 cm 4层无纺纱布、8 cm×10 cm 8层无纺纱布用0.9%NaCl进行模拟腹腔镜手术含液量试验。结果10 cm×10 cm 4层无纺纱布饱和度是10 ml,经10 mm腹腔镜trocar取出后含液量是9 ml;7 cm×7 cm 4层无纺纱布饱和度是8 ml,经10 mm腹腔镜trocar取出后含液量是6 ml;8 cm×10 cm 8层无纺纱布饱和度是12 ml,经10 mm腹腔镜trocar取出后含液量是10 ml。结论对腹腔镜手术中常用的无纺纱布含液量进行测试,可帮助术者及麻醉医师有效估算术中失血量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo measure the liquid content of nonwoven yarn used in laparoscopic surgery to evaluate the blood volume and fluid loss during operation. MethodsThe liquid content of nonwoven yarn was tested with saline. The liquid content of simulated laparoscopic operation was tested with 10 cm×10 cm 4layer nonwoven yarn, 7 cm×7 cm 4layer nonwoven yarn and 8 cm×10 cm 8layer nonwoven yarn by using 0.9% sodium chloride. ResultsThe saturation of 10 cm×10 cm 4layer nonwoven fabric was 10 ml, and the liquid content was 9 ml after removal of 10mm laparoscopic trocar; the saturation of 7 cm×7 cm 4layer of nonwoven fabric was 8 ml, and the liquid content was 6 ml after removal of 10mm laparoscopic trocar; the saturation of 8 cm×10 cm 8layer of nonwoven fabric was 12 ml, and the liquid content after removal of 10mm laparoscopic trocar was 10 ml.ConclusionTesting the liquid content of nonwoven yarn commonly used in laparoscopic surgery can help operators and anesthesiologists estimate intraoperative bleeding effectively.
