2016年4月~2017年4月,对4例单发肾透明细胞癌(上极1例,肾门1例,下极2例,最大径2.4~3.8 cm,平均3.13 cm),术前通过3D图像辅助模拟冷冻消融治疗,设计需要的进针数及进针的深度和角度,术中对照3D打印模型实施手术。4例手术顺利,术后无并发症。随访8~16个月,平均13.3月。复查泌尿系统CT平扫加增强,冷冻区域均无强化表现。
Abstract:
From April 2016 to August 2017, 4 patients who were diagnosed as single renal clear cell carcinoma (1 case in the upper lobe, 1 in the renal hilum, and 2 in the lower lobe), with tumour diameter ranged 2.4-3.8 cm (mean, 3.13 cm), underwent this operation. Threedimensional reconstruction technology was used to mimic cryoablation treatment before operations in terms of how many needles needed and the depth and angle required. The 3D model of kidney was utilized to guide intraoperative surgical operation. All the operations were performed successfully. No postoperative major complications occurred. The followups were conducted for 8-16 months (mean, 13.3 months). Renal enhancing CT scanning was conducted routinely after surgery, without obvious tumor signals found in the frozen areas in all the cases.
