摘要:
成年女性骶前肿物涉及多个学科，根据肿瘤的解剖部位、大小、活动度及与周围组织的关系存在多种分型。全面了解肿瘤的解剖情况对于确定手术入路有重要意义。对于成年女性骶前肿物患者，经严格的术前评估，经阴道手术是不应忽视的入路选择。
Abstract:
Adult female presacral space tumor involves in different disciplines. It could be typing according to the tumor location, size, mobility and the relationship with surrounding tissues. Understanding the classification of the tumor is helpful to select a suitable operative approach that lead to a better result. After the strict preoperative evaluation, transvaginal approach should not be neglected in adult female patients with presacral space tumor.
