本文报道我院2015年1~12月86例腹腔镜手术中应用自制可控性吸引管吸除术中烟雾,烟雾吸除效果良好,能保持手术视野清晰, 67例腹腔镜阑尾切除术手术时间14~26 min,平均19 min,术中出血量4~11 ml,平均6 ml,术后住院时间3~5 d,平均4.5 d;19例腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术时间21~32 min,平均25 min,术中出血量3~9 ml,平均5 ml,术后住院时间5~7 d,平均5.5 d。未出现手术医生因进行烟雾的吸除操作而导致止血操作连续性被干扰中断的情况。我们认为自制可控性吸引管具有制作简易、操作方便、节约手术耗材的优点,值得在临床推广应用。
Abstract:
This article reported 86 cases of laparoscopic surgery from January to December 2015, during which a selfmade controllable suction tube was applied. The effect of intraoperative smoke suction was good, with clear surgical visions obtained. In 67 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy, the operation time was 14-26 min (mean, 19 min), the intraoperative blood loss was 4-11 ml (mean, 6 ml), and the postoperative hospital stay was 3-5 d (mean, 4.5 d). In 19 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the operation time was 21-32 min (mean, 25 min), the intraoperative blood loss was 3-9 ml (mean, 5 ml), and the postoperative hospital stay was 5-7 d (mean, 5.5 d). The surgeons’ hemostasis performance was not interrupted by smoke suction. We believe that the selfmade controllable suction tube has advantages of simple design, convenient application, and requiring less consumables, being worthy of clinical application.
