摘要:
目的调查腔镜手术相关护士核心能力的现状，针对存在的问题提出相应的对策，以提高腔镜手术相关护士的核心能力。方法应用中国注册护士核心能力量表（competency inventory for registered nurse,CIRN）调查我院4个科室150名腔镜手术相关护士的核心能力。结果150名调查对象核心能力总分为（138.86±49.45）分，各维度条目得分结果显示，临床护理得分最高（2.52±0.86）分，教育及咨询得分最低（2.27±1.15）分。培训年次数与护士核心能力呈显著正相关（r=0342,P=0.000），且与核心能力各维度均存在显著正相关，即随着培训年次数的增加，护士核心能力增强。结论我院腔镜手术相关护士核心能力处于中等水平，需要继续加强专业培训力度，提高整体素质。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of the core competence of endoscopy surgery related nurses and to put forward proper strategies to the existing problems for the enhancement of nurses’ competence in this field.MethodsUsing the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse(CIRN), we investigated the core competence of 150 nurses in 4 departments who were involved in endoscopic surgery in our hospital.ResultsThe total core competence score of the 150 subjects was (138.86 ±49.45) points. Among all the items, clinical nursing scored the highest (2.52±0.86) points, education and consulting scored the lowest (2.27±1.15) points. Annual professional training frequency had a significant positive correlation with nurses’ core competence (r=0.342, P=0.000), and it also had a significant positive correlation with each dimension of core competence（P<0.05）. With the increase of training, nurses’ core competence increased accordingly.ConclusionThe core competence of the 150 nurses involved in endoscopic surgery is at a medium level, and more professional training is needed to promote the overall quality of the nurses.
