摘要:
本文报道2011年2月～2012年2月12例胸腔镜纵隔囊肿切除术，囊肿位于前纵隔7例，中、后纵隔5例，长径2.5~13.5 cm。手术时间65~150 min，平均90 min。无并发症。9例术后随访5~18个月，平均9.5月，无复发。术后病理：胸腺囊肿4例，支气管囊肿3例，心包囊肿3例，食管囊肿2例。
Abstract:
From February 2011 to February 2012, 12 patients with mediastinal cyst underwent videoassisted thoracoscopic resection in our hospital. Among the cases, the cyst located in the anterior mediastinum in 7 cases, and in the middle and posterior mediastinum in the other 5. The longest diameter of the cysts ranged from 2.5 to 13.5 cm. The mean operation time was 90 minutes(65-150 minutes). No patients showed complications. Nine of the patients were followed up for 5 to 18 months with a mean of 9.5 months, during which no recurrent cysts were detected. Postoperative pathological examination showed pure thymus cyst in 4 cases, bronchogenic cyst in 3, pericardial cyst in 3, and esophageal cyst in 2.
