摘要:
目的探讨微波静脉腔内凝固联合小切口高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张的近期疗效。方法2008年4月～2009年1月，我院应用多功能微波手术器（工作频率2450 MHz、功率0～100 W），兼带有激光导向系统的静脉闭合专用微波治疗探头，对50例（71条患肢）曲张的大隐静脉施行小切口高位结扎大隐静脉主干，对大隐静脉主干及曲张的分支行微波静脉腔内凝固。结果单侧手术时间30～60 min，平均42 min。住院4～9 d, 平均7.4 d 。术后2例出现大隐静脉走行局部皮肤Ⅰ度烧灼伤，1例出现浅Ⅱ度灼伤，12例出现踝部轻度肿胀，5条肢体出现麻木感，经治疗后均痊愈。48例(68条患肢)术后随访6～12个月，平均8.2 月，无下肢疼痛，下肢迂曲、曲张静脉消失，溃疡愈合，色素沉着减轻。结论微波静脉腔内凝固联合小切口高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张近期疗效满意。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate the shortterm efficacy of microwave intravenous coagulation combined with smallincision high ligation for patients with great saphenous varicose veins. MethodsFrom April 2008 to January 2009, we performed smallincision high ligation and microwave intravenous coagulation on 50 patients (71 limbs) with great saphenous varicose veins by using MTC3 multifunctional microwave therapeutic instrument (2450 MHz, 0-100 W) with laserorientated probe. ResultsThe operation time was 30-60 min (mean, 42 min) for each limb. The mean hospital stay of the patients was 7.4 day (ranged from 4 to 9 days). After the operation, two patients developed I degree burns on the skins covering the great saphenous vein, one patient showed superficial II degree burns, twelve patients had slight ankle swelling, and five patients complained of numbness in the lower limbs. All of these complications were cured afterwards. Followup was achieved in 48 cases (68 limbs) for 6 to 12 months with a mean of 8.2 months. During the period, none of them complained of lower limbs pain; varicose veins and ulcers disappeared, and pigmentation was relieved in all of the cases.ConclusionsMicrowave intravenous coagulation combined with smallincision high ligation shows satisfying shortterm outcomes for great saphenous varicose vein.
