摘要:
目的探讨治疗乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的有效方法。方法对68例乳头溢液未扪及肿物患者采用乳管镜置针定位肿瘤位置，选择合适切口切除病变。结果68例肿瘤均完整切除，包括4例恶性行局部扩大切除。术后乳房外形无明显改变。68例随访5～24个月，中位数14个月。1例不同导管出现溢液，余无复发。结论经乳管镜置针明确肿瘤位置切除导管内乳头状瘤准确可靠。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo find an effective therapy for breast intraductal papilloma. MethodsA total of 68 patients with breast intraductal papilloma, who had nipple discharge without palpable breast mass, were enrolled into this study. After the location of the tumor was identified, and a proper incision was made using fiberoptic ductoscopy, the tumor was resected.ResultsThe lesions were resected completely in all the 68 patients. Four of them had malignant lesion and received extended resection. After the operation, no obvious change was observed in the appearance of the breast. The patients were followed up for 5-24 months (median, 14 months). During the followup, ductal discharge was found in one patient, no recurrence was detected in the other patients.ConclusionFiberoptic ductoscopy is reliable for the location and resection of breast intraductal papilloma.
