摘要:
目的探讨腹腔镜经后腹腔途径治疗单纯性肾囊肿的方法、疗效。方法2002年5月～2007年3月，后腹腔途径腹腔镜下肾囊肿开窗术100例，自制气囊扩张后腹膜腔，切下部分囊肿壁送病理，囊肿切缘给予电烧。结果完全由腹腔镜完成97例，中转开放手术3例。腹腔镜完成手术时间16～80 min,平均44 min，均未输血。病理均为囊肿，未见癌变。82例随访3～60个月，平均24个月，B超等检查均未见囊肿复发。结论采用后腹腔途径腹腔镜下肾囊肿开窗术，疗效确切，创伤小，也适合囊肿穿刺注入硬化剂术后复发病例。
