摘要:
目的探讨胸乳入路腔镜下甲状腺手术的临床疗效。方法2002年10月～2006年12月，行胸乳入路腔镜下三孔法甲状腺手术125例。其中结节性甲状腺肿36例，甲状腺囊肿30例，甲状腺囊腺瘤58例，甲状腺功能亢进1例。结果手术成功124例，1例甲状腺乳头状癌中转颈部切口行根治术。手术时间50～235 min，平均117 min。无神经、甲状旁腺损伤，无气管损伤。123例随访3～18个月，平均6个月，获1年以上随访36例，甲状腺癌随访10个月，无复发转移。结论胸乳入路甲状腺手术具有操作方便，美容效果良好的特点。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the therapeutic effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy via chestbreast approach.MethodsFrom October 2002 to December 2006, endoscopic thyroidectomy was performed on 125 patients via chestbreast approach. Among the patients, 36 had nodular goiter, 30 had thyroid cyst,58 had thyroid cystadenoma,and 1 had hyperthyroidism.ResultsThe endoscopic thyroidectomy was succeeded in 124 patients, the other one, who had papillary carcinoma of the thyroid, was converted to open radical thyroidectomy. The operations time was 50-235 min (mean, 117 min). No injury of the nerve, parathyroid glands, or the trachea was found. 123 patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months (mean, 6 months). Among them, 36 patients were followed up for more than 1 year; none of them had recurrence or metastasis.ConclusionsEndoscopic thyroidectomy via chestbreast approach is a convenient and effective method with good cosmetic results.
