摘要:
目的探讨腔镜下甲状腺切除术的可行性.方法2003年10月～2005年6月,我院经胸乳晕入路行腔镜下甲状腺切除术,治疗甲状腺良性病变22例. 结果腔镜下成功完成手术21例,中转传统手术1例.手术时间65～190min,平均110 min,术中出血量15～120 ml,平均40 ml.术后住院3～6 d.无神经、甲状旁腺损伤及其他并发症发生.20例随访5～23个月,平均14个月,乳沟、乳晕切口均愈合良好,无明显瘢痕,复查B超均未复发.结论腔镜下甲状腺切除术安全可行,与传统手术相比具有切口隐蔽,颈部美容的效果.
Abstract:
Objective　To evaluate the feasibility of endoscopic thyroidectomy.　M ethods　Endoscopic thyroidectomy was performed by an anterior chest approach in 22 cases of benign thyroid diseases.　Results　The operation was accomplished under endoscope in 21 cases and was converted to open surgery in 1 case. The operation timewas 65~190 min (mean, 110 min), and the intraoperative blood losswas 15~120 ml (mean, 40 ml). The length of postoperative hospital staywas 3~6 days. No injury of the recurrent laryngeal nerve or the parathyroid glands occurred. Follow-up checkups in 20 cases for 5~23 months (mean, 14 months) showed good cosmetic outcomes. Re-examinations with B-ultrasonography revealed no recurrence.　Conclusions　Endoscopic thyroidectomy is a safe and feasible procedure. As compared with conventional operation, itgives better cosmetic outcomes.
