摘要:

目的评价激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效. 方法 2002年7月～2004年5月,我院采用静脉腔内激光技术结合手术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者126例(150条肢体). 结果手术时间30～50 min,平均45 min.120例(142条肢体)随访3～19个月,平均6个月,134条肢体(94.4%,134/142)下肢酸胀乏力完全消失,8条肢体(5.6%, 8/142)均有不同程度减轻,45条肢体(90.0%,45/50)皮肤色素沉着完全消失,97条肢体(96.4% ,97/101)肿胀完全消失,全部患肢浅静脉曲张完全消失,无一例复发.并发症:内踝上方及胫前皮肤烧伤各2例;小腿内侧皮肤麻木、感觉减退3例,皮下条索样硬结32例;3个月后皮下硬结完全软化吸收并发症少. 结论静脉腔内激光治疗大隐静曲张术式简单、安全,不影响活动、住院时间短,下肢外观不受影响,疗效可靠.

Abstract:

Objective　To evaluate the efficacy of intravenous laser treatment for varicose great saphenous veins of lower limbs.　M ethods　Intravenous laser treatment in combination with surgical procedure was used to treat 126 cases of varicose great saphenous vein (150 limbs) in this hospital between July 2002 and May 2004.　Results　The operation time was 30 ~50 min (mean, 45 min). A follow-up for 3~19 months (mean, 6 months) in 120 cases (142 limbs) was carried out. Out of the 142 limbs, symptoms of soreness and lacking in strength completely disappeared in 134 limbs (94. 4% ) and partially subsided in 8 limbs (5. 6% ). A complete disappearance of symptoms of skin pigmentation and swellingwas achieved in 45 limbs (90. 0%, 45/50) and 97 limbs (96. 4%, 97/101), respectively. The varicose superficial veins vanished in all the limbswithout recurrence. Complications included skin burn on themedialmalleolus (2 cases) oranterior shank (2 cases), numbness and hypoesthesia on themedial shank (3 cases), and subcutaneous cord- like hard tubercles (32 cases, which were completely softened and absorbed 3 months later).　 Conclusions　Intravenous laser treatment is a reliable method in the treatment of varicose great saphenous veins, with simplicity of performance, good safety, little influence ofnormal activities, and excellent cosmetic results.
