摘要:
目的探讨Mammotome微创旋切刀在乳腺疾病诊治中的应用.方法用Mammotome微创旋切刀对45例各种乳腺疾病进行病理诊断及治疗.结果45例中良性疾病42例,均用微创旋切刀切除,手术时间9～45 min,平均16 min,术后随访2～4个月,平均3.2月,未发现手术部位肿块复发,乳腺癌3例,中转行根治术,术后随访8个月未见局部复发及远处转移.结论Mammotome微创旋切刀在乳腺疾病诊治中具有痛苦小、恢复快、安全有效的特点,值得临床推广.
Abstract:
Objective　To evaluate the role of theMammotome system in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases.　 M ethods　Forty-five paitentswith differentbreastdiseases underwentpathologicalbiopsy andmanagementby using theMammotome system.　Results　Among the 45 patients, benign lesionswere found and removed by theMammotome system in 42 patients. The operation timewas 9~45 min (mean, 16 min) and postoperative follow-up for2~4 months (mean, 3. 2 months) revealed no local recurrence. Breast cancerwas confirmed in the remaining 3 patients, and a conversion to radical surgerywas conducted. Postoperative follow-up observations for8months found no local recurrence ordistantmetastasis.　Conclusions　Use of theMammotome system in the diagnosis and treatment ofbreastdiseases isminimally invasive, safe, and effective.
