摘要:
目的探讨超声引导下的Mammotome旋切系统在乳腺良性疾病治疗中的应用价值. 方法回顾性分析2001年10月～2002年10月61例临床诊断为乳腺良性病灶,在超声引导下经Mammotome旋切治疗后的疗效.结果51例为乳腺纤维腺瘤,10例为乳腺腺病.手术时间(20.6±4.1)min.无一例操作失败.61例随访,近期(1个月)随访除3例有轻度皮下淤血外,无感染、乳房变形等并发症;远期(2年)随访仅2例复发,切口瘢痕均不明显,较好地保持了原有的乳房外形.结论Mammotome旋切手术治疗乳腺良性疾病切除完整,创伤小,复发低,较好地保持了原有的乳房外形,临床效果可靠.
Abstract:
Objective　To discuss the clinical value of ultrasound -guided stereotactic biopsy and excision using the Mammotome system in the treatment of benign breast lesions.　M ethods　A retrospective analysis was made on the efficacy of ultrasound-guidedMammotome biopsy and excision in the management of 61 patients clinically diagnosed as having benign breast lesions between October2001 and October2002.　Results　The lesionswere histologically confirmed as fibroadenoma in 51 patients and mastopathia in 10 patients. The operative timewas 20·6±4·1 min. Allprocedureswere performed smoothly. Of the 61 patients, no infection orbreastdeformity occurred on short-term follow-up examinations (1 month) except formild subcutaneous hemorrhage in 3 patients, and no obvious scarring was seen on long-term follow-up (2 years). Recurrence was found in only 2 patients.　 Conclusions　Treatment of benign breast diseases by the Mammotome system can offer complete excision of the lesion, minimal invasion, a low recurrence rate, and good cosmetic outcomes.
