摘要:
目的总结改良小切口胆囊切除术的经验. 方法 1998年9月～2003年6月,用改制的Bookwalter牵开器、顶针环式深部打结器以及钩状L形电刀行小切口胆囊切除术128例. 结果以切口≤6 cm为手术成功.在128例中,成功为110例,占85.9%. 结论自行改制的Bookwalter牵开器,能有效改善小切口胆囊切除术过程暴露和照明,顶针环式打结器可行超指长部位打结.
Abstract:
Objective　To summarize the experience ofmodifiedmini-cholecystectomy.　M ethods　A totalof128 patients underwentmini-cholecystectomy by using a modified Bookwalter retractor, a self-made deep-site tying tool and an L-shape electrotome from September1998 to June 2003.　Results　That the length of incision≤6 cm was regarded as a surgical success. Out of the 128 patients, the surgical successwas achieved in 110 patients (85·9% ).　Conclusions　Inmini-cholecystectomy, the use of themodified Bookwalter retractor greatly improves the visualization of operation field, and the use of the self-made tying tool facilitates deep-sitemanual knot tying.
