摘要:
目的探讨复方消瘢醑对人瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞增殖的作用,为中药治疗瘢痕提供实验依据. 方法以氢化可的松为实验对照,在体外培养的6例瘢痕疙瘩和6例正常皮肤成纤维细胞培养液中加入不同剂量的消瘢醑,利用3H-TdR掺入法检测12 h,24 h,48 h瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞(KFB)和正常皮肤成纤维细胞(NFB)增殖活性.结果 10、100、1 000 μg/ml消瘢醑和1×10-7 mol/L氢化可的松在12、24、48 h均可抑制NFB和KFB的增殖,P＜0.05.氢化可的松对KFB的抑制作用与NFB相似.10 μg/ml和100 μg/ml消瘢醑对NFB和KFB增殖的抑制与氢化可的松相似. 结论消瘢醑能抑制成纤维细胞的增殖,可能起到治疗瘢痕过度增生的作用.
Abstract:
Objective　To investigate the role of Xiao Ban Xu, a compound Chinese traditional medicinal prescription, on the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts, so as to provide experimental evidence for treating keloid by Chinese traditional medicine.　MethodsBy using hydrocortisone as the experimental control agent, different doses of Xiao Ban Xu were added into cell culture solutions in vitro from 6 samples of keloid fibroblasts (KFB) and 6 samples of normal fibroblasts (NFB). The proliferous activities ofKFB and NFBwere detected by3H -TdR method at 12, 24 and 48 hours, respectively.　Results　The proliferation of NFB and KFB was inhibited by Xiao Ban Xu at 10μg/ ml, 100μg/ml and 1 000μg/ml aswell as hydrocortisone at 1×10-7mol/L at 12, 24 and 48 hours, respectively (P<0.05). The inhibitory effect of hydrocortisone on KFB was similar to that on NFB. Xiao Ban Xu at 10μg/ml and 100μg/ml resembled hydrocortisone in the inhibition of proliferation of NFB and KFB.　Conclusions　Xiao Ban Xu can inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts. Itmay be employed in the treatment of hypertrophic scars.
