摘要:
目的探讨膝外侧盘状半月板是否有遗传性,两代人盘状半月板的手术疗效. 方法 6个家庭两代人共12例膝外侧盘状半月板,均经关节镜检查证实,同时在关节镜下行盘状半月板全切术,大部切除术和成形术. 结果 Watanabe分型:I型9例,II型3例.盘状半月板全切术2例,大部切除术3例,成形术7例.根据Ikeuchi评估系统进行疗效评定:第一代患者中良3例,可2例,差1例;第二代患者中优5例,良1例. 结论盘状半月板可能有遗传倾向.
Abstract:
Objective　To investigate the inherited tendency of lateral discoid meniscus of the knee, and to evaluate the surgical efficacy for the disease in two consecutive generations.　Methods　There were 12 cases of lateral discoid meniscus, whichwere confirmed by arthroscopy, in 6 families. Arthroscopic total or partial meniscectomy or meniscoplasty were carried out in these cases.　Results　In concordancewith the Watanabe’s classification, 9 cases were classified as“typeⅠ”and 3 cases,“typeⅡ”. Two cases underwent total meniscectomy, 3 cases received partial meniscectomy, and 7 cases, meniscoplasty. The results of surgerywere assessed in accordancewiththe Ikeuchi criteria as follows: good in 3 cases, fair in 2 and poor in 1 in the first generation, while excellent in 5 and good in 1 in the second generation.　Conclusions　There may be a hereditary predisposition to discoid meniscus.
