摘要:

目的探讨膀胱镜下无水酒精注射法治疗膀胱阴道瘘的可行性及适应证. 方法回顾性分析1994年7月～2002年10月15例不同原因导致的膀胱阴道瘘经膀胱镜无水酒精注射法治疗的临床资料. 结果 10例瘘口直径<1.0cm的一次性成功,3例瘘口直径1.0cm～1.5cm的二次治疗后成功,2例瘘口直径>1.5cm治疗后无效,总治愈率86.6%(13/15). 结论膀胱阴道瘘口直径<1.5cm可行膀胱镜下无水酒精注射法治疗,能减少患者费用和减少患者痛苦,缩短住院时间.

Abstract:

Objective　To discuss the feasibility and indications of cystoscopic injection of anhydrous alcohol in the management of vesicovaginal fistula.　Methods　The authors retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 cases of vesicovaginal fistulawith different causes treated by cystoscopic injection of anhydrous alcohol from July 1994 toOctober2002.　Results　Out of the 15 patients, 10 patientswith fistu- la diameters less than 1·0cmwere cured on one session, 3 patientswith fistula diameters between 1·0cm and 1·5cmwere cured aftertwo times of treatment, and the remaining 2 patients with diameters more than 1·5cm failed to response the treatment. The total cure rate was 86·6% (13 of 15).　Conclusions　Cystoscopic injection of anhydrous alcohol can be used in patients with vesicovaginal fistula with diameter less than 1·5cm. This procedure can reduce the hospital costs and pain, and shorten the length of hospitalization.
