摘要:
目的探讨超关节外固定架结合有限内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果和应用价值. 方法 1995年1月～2001年5月,对37例胫骨平台骨折行超关节外固定架牵引复位固定,同时作有限内固定. 结果全部病例获随访8月～46月,平均21月,骨折全部愈合,优22例,良13例,可2例,优良率94%(35/37). 结论超关节外固定架结合有限内固定是治疗胫骨平台骨折较为理想的方法.
Abstract:
Objective　To study the operative techniques and clinical results of the over-articular external fixation combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.　Methods　Traction-reduction and fixationwith over-articular external fixator was carried out togetherwith limited internal fixation in 37 cases of tibial plateau fractures from January 1995 toMay 2001.　Results　 Follow-up survey for 8~46 months (mean 21 months) showed bone union in all the cases. Out of the 37 cases, 22 had excellent results, 13 good results and 2 fair, with an excellent-and-good rate of 94% (35/37).　Conclusions　Over-articular external fixation combinedwith limited internal fixation offers a practical alternative for tibial plateau fracture.
