摘要:
目的评价吻合器环状痔切除术(Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoid,PPH)治疗脱垂性内痔效果. 方法对23例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度环状脱垂性内痔进行PPH治疗. 结果术中出血5ml～25ml,平均8ml.手术时间(15～60)min,平均22分钟.术后48小时疼痛评价18人无疼痛(78.3%),5人轻度疼痛(21.7%).吻合口4周～5周痊愈,出院后4月～8月(平均6.6月)内无复发. 结论 PPH手术简单、术后疼痛少、恢复快、复发低和并发症少,但治疗经费较高.
