摘要:
目的探讨手术治疗症状性脉络丛囊肿的适应证和方法. 方法对7例有临床症状和影像学上有占位效应的侧脑室脉络丛囊肿,通过颅骨钻孔,在神经内镜下摘除囊肿. 结果 6例囊肿全切,1例囊壁部分切除.6例术后临床症状消失, 1例改善.术后影像学检查证实:4例脑室恢复正常,3例改善. 结论应用神经内镜切除症状性脉络丛囊肿为微创,安全,有效的方法.
Abstract:
Objective　To discuss indications and methods of surgical treatment of symptomatic choroid plexus cyst.　Methods　endoscopic neurosurgery was employed to treat 7 cases of symptomatic choroid plexus cyst with mass effect onMRI.　Results　Total resectionwas performed in 6 cases.Partial resection in 1 case.Symptoms disap- peared in 6 cases.Symptoms were relieved in 1 case.It was identified by MRI that cerebral ventricle recovered in 4 cases and improved in 3 cases.　Conclusions　Endoscopic neurosurgery is safe and effective in the treat- ment of symptomatic choroid plexus cyst,and should be the first choice in the management of the condition.
