摘要:
目的评价神经外科导航系统的临床应用价值. 方法自1997年6月至2000年8月应用瑞典Elekta神经外科导航治疗各种颅内病变62例,男40例,女22例,年龄4个月~68岁病变部位:额叶21例,顶叶22例,颞叶14例,枕叶3例,小脑1例,多发病灶1例.病灶表面距脑表面的最近深度为12mm~68mm,平均36mm. 结果本组62例中,海面状血管瘤14例,胶质瘤15例,脑囊虫病9例,脑膜瘤3例,脑囊肿4例,转移瘤2例,脑脓肿3例,结核瘤3例,AVM2例,其它7例.病变全部切除率100%,尤其对于功能区的胶质瘤,术中可以根据影像全切.本组手术切口长度和骨瓣较常规开颅手术为小.本组中3例运动区病变,术后出现一过性肌力下降,其余无明显并发症,手术病死率为0. 结论神经外科导航系统可有效的降低手术难度和减少手术并发症.
