摘要:
目的介绍DVD手术数码记录系统在腹腔镜手术中的图、文信息采集编辑等的使用经验. 方法利用DVD手术数码记录系统,对腹腔镜手术中的动、静态图像进行实时记录,术后可作文字处理和方便地对动态、静态图像进行编、剪辑,数据同时进入该机的数据库. 结果在腔镜手术中所有手术动、静态图像可顺利,完整,全数码保存,术后可方便进行查找、管理、编辑、统计和分析. 结论 DVD全程数码记录系统是一种在腔镜手术中很实用的图、文记录和处理系统.
Abstract:
Objective　To in froduce our experieuce in the use of digital operation full recorder (OFR) for laparo- scopic cholecystectomy(LC).　Methods　The operative dynamic and static images of LCwere recorded by real time OFR. The edition and management of the text and imageswere easily carried out.The datawas stored in the hard disk and DVD- R DISC.　　Results　The data and dynamic or static images of thewhole operationwere easily searched,analyzed and ed- ited.　Conclusions　OFR is a practical record system for endoscopic surgery.
