摘要:
目的探索颈动脉狭窄的治疗方法. 方法应用14枚自膨式支架血管内置入治疗9例有症状颈动脉狭窄患者的10处病变,狭窄程度70%-95%. 结果治疗后短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)消失,残余狭窄均<50%.无症状脑梗塞1例.无死亡. 结论应用自膨式支架血管内置入是治疗颈动脉狭窄是一种安全有效的方法.
Abstract:
Objective　To explore the practicability of self-expanding stent placement treatment in the management of carotid artery stenosis.　Methods　14 self-expanding stenttreatmentswere performed at 10 sites carotid artery stenosis in 9 patients with TIA and 70%-95% carotid stenosis.　Results　All patients were free from TIA. Residual stenosis was<50%.1 case had asymptomatic stroke. No death occurred.　Conclusions　Self-expanding stent angiographic is an effective and safe method for the treatment of carotid artery stenosis.
