摘要:

目的探讨经尿道膀胱镜腔内会师治疗尿道球部损伤的临床意义. 方法回顾分析1995年2月至2000年12月,18例腔内会师治疗尿道球部损伤的临床资料. 结果 15例经尿道膀胱镜下会师获治愈,随访3月～5年,疗效满意.3例失败改行开放性尿道修补术. 结论骑跨伤致尿道球部损伤多为尿道不完全断裂.经尿道膀胱镜腔内会师术是一种行之有效的治疗方法,具有手术时间短,操作方便,创伤小等优点.

Abstract:

Objective　To evaluate the clinaical significance of early urethroscopy in the treatment of bulbar urethral disrup- tion.　Methods　18 patientswith bulbar urethral disruptionwere treatedwith urethroscopic realignment.FromFebruauy 1995 to De- cember 2000.　Results　Of the 18 cases,15 cases were cured successfully,but 3 cases were subjected to open surgery.　Conclu- sions　Most of the anterior urethra disruptions by straddle injurywere partial rupture.Urethroscopic realignment,which hasthe advan- tages of short operation time,minimal postoperative morbidity and discomfort,is an effective treatment for ruptured bulbar urethra.
