摘要:
回顾性分析6年来采用自制激光光纤进行腔内照射切割治疗8例前列腺增生伴严重的阴茎部，球膜部尿道狭窄的临床疗效。结果表明自制激光光纤照射切割尿道狭窄安全，手术操作方便，疗效满意。
Abstract:
Therapeutic effects of intracavitary irradiation and excision treating 8 patients with prostatic hyperplasia accompanied by serious urethrostenosis the body and bulb of penis in the past 6 years were retrospectively reviewed. It was found that laser irradiation and cut for the treatment of unethrostenosiswere a safe and simple therapeutic technique, which was easy to handle and reliable in efficacy.
