摘要:
目的探索用微创法行胃造口术。方法在胃镜引导下，穿刺点选择在胃体的大、小弯之间。局麻下，给6位需长期行肠内营养的患者，行经皮穿刺胃造口术。结果从置入胃镜到胃造口术完成中需10～15分钟，术中和术后均无出血、消化液漏入腹腔等并发症。结论经皮内镜下胃造口术是一种创伤小、安全性大、手术时间短的胃造口方法。
Abstract:
Ojective　To study the gastrostomy implemented by minimally invasive surgery for long enteral nutrition.　Methods　 With the help of endoscopy the site of Puncture was selected between the lesser and greater curvature of the stomach. Under local anesthesia percutaneous gastrostomy was performed in 6 patients for long enteral nutrition.　Results　It took 10 to 15 minutes to finish the operation. No complication occurred during and after operation.　Conclusions　Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomymay decrease the surgical invasion and shorten the operative time.
