摘要:
微侵袭神经导航系统是近年来影像神经外科的新进展,它融立体定向技术,计算机医学影像技术,人工智能技术和微侵袭技术为一体.是在虚拟的数字化影像与实际神经系统解剖结构之间建立起动态的联系,在整个脑手术过程中提供实时定位导航,有利于选择最佳手术入路、术中病灶精确定位,以最小的损伤,达到病灶的满意切除.本文综述导航系统的发展概况、工作原理、应用方法、适应证及影响精确性的因素.
