摘要:
目的研究膀胱颈硬阻的治疗.方法1990～1999年对39例膀胱颈硬阻患者,其中女性14例,男性25例行经尿道膀胱颈电切术.结果37例(88%)临床症状消失.结论经尿道电切术是治疗膀胱颈梗阻的首选方法.
Abstract:
Objective　To study the treatment of bladder neck obstruction.　Methods　Thirty-nine cases of bladder neck obstructionwere reviewed from 1990 to 1999. There were 25 males and 14 females. 39 caseswere treat- ed with Transurethral resection of the bladder neck.　Results　Symptoms were disappeared in 37 cases.　Conclu- sions　Transurethral resection is effective for bladder neck obstruction.
